There is a player who never concedes in Amazons even when all the eyes are formed and it's clear he/she has lost. They keep making plays, forcing their opponent to do so, for 20-30 meaningless moves.

Any way I can block the person and not have to play them again in that game?

And I might add, this is a good player. Has beaten me more than I've beaten them, I think. So not like someone new to the game who doesn't understand how it works. It's really weird. Could it be a bot of some sort?

If it's Hippolyta_1_c, then yes, it's a bot, as you can see on the profile. Just click on the name in your game.
